Welcome to The Jack Munday Surf Experience

The Jack Munday Surf Experience aims to provide the joy of surfing to our community’s youth who may not otherwise have the opportunity due to physical and/or mental challenges. Our mission is to share the healing nature of the ocean; to embody the qualities of compassion, enthusiasm, camaraderie, and encouragement that Jack taught all of us. Our events are well-supervised, safe, and most importantly, fun experiences. We aim to spread love and joy for our ocean and appreciation for life in our community; north county San Diego. 

The program is led by Trey & Joanna Munday, who are the parents of Jack Munday. Jack passed away in a car accident in June 2020. Jack was an avid surfer and loved sharing the surfing experience with others.  Jack was also passionate about mentoring and befriending kids with special needs.  We are a California registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
